No full process here, but simple piece of oak with a groove routed out and then one corner cut off at angle. Routed a few keyholes in the back to hang it on the wall. With 1 the routing went wrong so I fixed it with a scrap piece. Not the prettiest fix, but it’s not really visible on the back anway 😇
